Senior Design Manager - Civils & Infrastructure - Sports Assets

As the Senior Design Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all civil engineering and infrastructure components align with our ambitious vision for Qiddiya s Sports Assets. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive the design process from conception through delivery, ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with the highest standards of quality.

• Lead the design management for civil engineering and infrastructure elements related to the Sports Assets portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to integrate civil and infrastructure designs effectively within the overall development framework.
• Coordinate with various disciplines to ensure a seamless design process that meets project requirements.
• Review design documents, provide feedback, and ensure compliance with all regulations and industry standards.
• Manage and monitor project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of design milestones.
• Conduct regular design reviews, risk assessments, and value engineering exercises.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in civil engineering and infrastructure to incorporate best practices into projects.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners to facilitate project success.
• Ensure adherence to sustainability practices and contribute to the environmental goals of Qiddiya.
