Senior Design Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Design Architect to join our design department, proficient in the architectural design of different building typologies. (SD-01)

Job Description:
-Lead architectural projects from conceptualization through to completion
-Mentor and guide different teams simultaneously through their different stages.
-Develop and present creative and technically sound architectural concepts that align with project goals, client expectations, and industry standards.
-Utilize design software and tools effectively to communicate design concepts
-Collaborate efficiently with interdisciplinary teams, including engineers, urban designers, and landscape architects.
-Conduct thorough reviews of design deliverables to ensure high-quality, accurate, and innovative solutions.

Qualifications:
-Minimum 10 years of experience in architecture design and minimum 2 years in a similar position
-Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, Rhino, Lumion, and Microsoft programs.
-Good illustration and presentation skills.
-Proven track record of successfully leading architectural projects from concept to completion.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
-Freehand sketching is a plus.
-Proficiency in English and Arabic both written and spoken.
