Within the Data team, you will be the technical referent of a development team that produces data management solutions.

Main responsibilities:

As the technical pillar of the team, you will take on key responsibilities that ensure quality, collaboration and innovation within the DATA division:

You are responsible for the quality of the product code and compliance with the standards and tools of the DATA domain and the IT department.

You are responsible for implementing practices that promote collaboration, collective ownership of code, and technical skill development within the team.

You promote the team's interactions with the entire IT department (particularly the OPS).

You are also responsible for developing, creating and developing our software solutions to meet the needs required by our businesses in terms of DATA analysis, DATA exploration, or access to data via API.

Activities:

You will be involved on a daily basis in a variety of activities that cover technical support, coordination, development and documentation:

You facilitate the resolution of technical issues.

You guarantee the quality and consistency of the code.

You ensure the capitalization.

You will lead the development of the team's technical skills.

You coordinate the developers in line with the constraints of planning, budget and CAF.

You are the relay for the architecture and security team within the division.

You design the solutions.

You develop the new features requested (specific development or ETL).

You document the achievements carried out (detailed functional and technical specifications, operating manuals, etc.).

You follow the development and provide support to other developers.

You will carry out reviews of codes or achievements delivered.

You will support the business in the appropriation of the solutions put in place.

You will provide level 3 support (functional incidents and production anomalies).

Qualifications

Holder of a Bac+5 in Computer Science or an equivalent field.

Has at least 6 years of successful experience in a comparable position.

Strong database expertise: Teradata, BigQuery, Hive, Impala.

Advanced mastery of Big Data technologies: Hadoop, SparkSQL.

Good experience with streaming solutions: RabbitMQ, Kafka, PubSub, Kubera.

Proven skills in ETL, with mastery of specific frameworks and Informatica.

Excellent proficiency in Linux and Shell scripting.

Complete proficiency in DevOps tools, including Git and specific deployment tools.

Knowledge of DataViz tools such as Tableau and Dataiku.
