Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes for structured and unstructured data.
  • Build and optimize scalable data platforms using technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, Kafka, or Snowflake.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and compliance across the data lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver efficient data models.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis, data cleaning, and feature engineering.
  • Develop predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning, deep learning, or statistical techniques.
  • Deploy ML models into production using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Interpret and present insights through dashboards, visualizations, and storytelling to business stakeholders.
  • Continuously research and apply new data science techniques, tools, and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong programming experience in Python, SQL, and Scala/Java (preferred).
  • Proficiency with big data frameworks (Spark, Hadoop, Hive, Kafka, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for data storage, processing, and ML deployment.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.).
  • Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and machine learning algorithms.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or AWS QuickSight).
  • Good understanding of MLOps practices and CI/CD for ML pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
