Lead and execute complex data analysis projects, including data collection, cleansing, transformation, and modeling.
- Apply statistical techniques to identify patterns, correlations, and trends in large datasets.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into insightful and user-friendly visualizations.
- Interpret and communicate the results of data analysis to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Develop and maintain interactive BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate key metrics and trends.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to track business performance.
- Automate reporting processes and ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting by implementing data quality checks and validation procedures.
- Optimise data models and queries performance and data refresh schedules to ensure timely and accurate information delivery.
- Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates of Power BI reports, addressing bugs, data inconsistencies, and user feedback.
- Develop and maintain documentation and addressing user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical challenges.
- Implement data governance practices, including data quality management, metadata management, and data lineage.
- Participate in data-related projects and initiatives, such as data integration and data warehouse development.
- Training end-users on new reports and dashboards.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in data analysis and drive the adoption of best practices within the organisation.
