Senior Data Analyst Tamatem Games

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex gaming analytics projects - from cohort analysis to A/B testing game features.
• Decode player behavior patterns to optimize retention, engagement, and monetization.
• Build executive dashboards that drive strategic decisions across game development teams.
• Partner with game designers, product managers, and LiveOps teams on business-critical initiatives.
• Transform raw player data into actionable insights that enhance the gaming experience.
• Retention & Engagement: Monitor and optimize critical gaming KPIs including DAU/MAU, retention rates (Day 1, 7, 30), session length, and player stickiness ratios.
• Monetization Analysis: Track and optimize ARPU, ARPPU, LTV, conversion rates, IAP performance, and ad monetization metrics.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze game performance metrics, crash rates, load times, and technical KPIs that impact player experience.
• Freemium Optimization: Balance free-to-play experience with monetization opportunities to maximize both player satisfaction and revenue.
• Event Analytics: Measure and optimize in-game events, seasonal content, and limited-time offers.
• Conduct thorough exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, outliers, or opportunities, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Lead projects independently, taking on some project management responsibilities and working across teams (e.g., marketing, product management).
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in data analysis workflows.
