Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests effectively.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal departments (finance, technical, operations) to resolve customer issues.
- Prepare regular reports on customer service activities and client feedback. Assist in developing customer service policies and procedures.
- Train and guide junior customer service representatives, if needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.
- Previous experience in the construction field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and within a team.
