Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and professional communication.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests effectively.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (finance, technical, operations) to resolve customer issues.
  • Prepare regular reports on customer service activities and client feedback. Assist in developing customer service policies and procedures.
  • Train and guide junior customer service representatives, if needed.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Previous experience in the construction field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and within a team.
