Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Be the first point of contact for our valued clients, handling inquiries and complaints across various channels (phone, email, in-person).
Become a client champion, proactively communicating and following up to build strong, trusting relationships.
Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive experience every time.
Manage the contract lifecycle processing, recording, explaining terms, and handling terminations with ease.
Keep our team organized by preparing daily reports, coordinating resources, and creating monthly overseas contract reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 4 years of customer service experience, ideally in real estate.
A proven track record of building and nurturing strong client relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and colleagues.
The ability to solve problems and navigate conflict resolutions smoothly.
Proficiency in CRM software and relevant customer service tools.
A keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills for accurate contract and database management.
The ability to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments.
Fluency in English is a must!
