Roles & Responsibilities

What You ll Be Doing

  • Shape and evolve the creative vision for luxury hotels, residences, restaurants, lounges, caf s, and kiosks
  • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and experiential creatives to deliver cohesive, premium environments
  • Guide the critique and review process of all design submissions to ensure alignment with luxury brand identity
  • Stay ahead of hospitality and luxury design trends, bringing fresh insights and inspiration into the creative process
  • Manage multiple large-scale projects from concept to execution while balancing quality, timelines, and budgets
  • Oversee RFPs for creative agencies and vendors and evaluate design proposals from multiple operators
  • Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering creativity and collaboration through workshops and strategic planning
  • Use technology and design thinking to enhance the guest journey and differentiate brand experience

What We re Looking For

  • Degree in Design, Architecture, Hospitality, or a related field (Master s preferred)
  • 15+ years in senior creative roles within luxury hospitality, with a strong portfolio spanning hotels, F&B, and residential environments
  • Expertise in luxury design principles and delivering elevated guest experiences
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Passion for innovation, detail, and strategic storytelling through design
