Job Description:

• Conduct all stages of cost estimates and plans starting from the concept, schematic, and detailed design cost estimations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams to develop comprehensive project cost plans.
• Analyze cost data and trends to provide strategic insights.
• Oversee the tender process, negotiate contracts, monitor expenses, mitigate risks, implement cost-saving measures, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Handling the post-contract stage during construction, including contract administration, payments, variations, project closing etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s Degree in either Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field required; advanced degrees or certifications are preferred.
• Minimum of eight (8) years in Cost Consulting/Estimating or similar experience required, preferably with large-scale construction project management experience.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software such as CostX, Candy, or WinEst, as well as familiarity with project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
• Professional level in contracts and contract administration, day to day cost issues during construction stage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities are essential.
