Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description:
Supporting and assisting contracting team in all aspect of day to day from the contracting aspect up to the online system
Conduct monitoring and ensure the contracts are properly and accurately by the contracting loading team
Ensure that all promotions, offer, and availability calendars are properly and accurately uploaded by the contracting loading team
assisting new employees for contracting aspect and online system
Resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the Hotels for resolution
Making regular follow up to obtain further information for incomplete contract
Responding to the emails, phone enquiries and requirements of the hotels
Conduct rate comparison to ensure that we have the best rate offered in the market
Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree or Highschool Diploma
At least 3 years of experience in similar position
Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
Excellent in problem-solving skills and negotiating skills
Knowledgeable with hotels and other hospitality industries details
Expertise in countries and cities information
Excellent computer skills (MS Office in particular)
Proactive and positive attitude
