Senior Contract Management Expert
One of the Leading Consulting Firms is hiring for a Senior Contract Management Expert to join a high-impact, fast-paced project in Riyadh, KSA!

This is a 6-month on-site contract engagement ideal for Arabic-speaking professionals.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Language Requirement: Arabic & English fluent speaker
Experience Required: 7+ years in Contract Management
Educational Background: Bachelor's in Law or Business Administration

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor contracts for compliance and reporting to top management.

• Draft, define, and consolidate large contract documents, clauses, and appendices in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

• Analyze contract deliverables (e.g., reports, feasibility studies, manuals) to ensure alignment with program requirements.

• Track and manage contract obligations and compliance across departments.

• Investigate and compile data on disputes, terminations, and claims to support departmental responses.

• Review large contract documents, prepare terms and conditions, and ensure proper contract filing.
  

Minimum Requirements:

• 7+ years in Contract Management

• Experience handling large government projects

• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks for contract governance

• High discretion and ability to manage confidential information

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
