Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project managers and legal teams to draft, review, and negotiate complex contract terms that mitigate risks and maximize project value.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations throughout the contract lifecycle, identifying and addressing potential legal issues proactively.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments for contracts, providing strategic recommendations to stakeholders to safeguard company interests.
  • Manage and maintain centralized contract documentation, ensuring all contracts are updated, easily accessible, and compliant with internal policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law, or related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred for advanced strategic roles.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in contract management, ideally within the construction, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Professional certifications such as the Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or similar are highly valued.
  • Proven track record of managing high-value contracts with multinational corporations, demonstrating strong negotiation skills.
