Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
In this role you will work directly with a wide range of clients across several industries to assess the impact of new/existing accounting standards, proposed transactions or other regulatory changes with special emphasis on Oil & Gas, Power and Utilities sector handling the FAAS solutions offerings across - Accounting and Reporting, Fixed Assets Management, Transaction Accounting and Finance Transformation etc.

We re looking for senior consultants who are comfortable working at the intersection of finance and technology. Preferred exposure includes:
- Finance ERP Systems: Oracle Fusion, SAP S/4HANA
- EPM & Consolidation tools: Oracle EPM, SAP BPC, OneStream and SAC
- Data Analytics, Visualisation & Reporting: Power BI, Advanced Excel
- Process documentation, Governance & controls: ARIS, Visio
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 3-6 years of professional experience in finance background (ideally with a leading consulting firm)
- A bachelor's degree in finance and / or accounting /equivalent
- CPA/CA/ACCA certification
- Sound knowledge of IFRS and hands-on experience in application of various standards
- Experienced in financial control, including internal and external statutory reporting.
- Exposure to finance systems architecture & strategy delivery, regulatory and management reporting, consolidation and EPM projects
- Exposure to drafting finance policies and procedures and compliance or internal audit, internal controls and risk management
- Exposure to ICFR including understanding of control design, walkthroughs, and testing of operating effectiveness
- Project management skills and experience
- Involved in system-wide organizational change and development initiatives
- Builds positive and credible relationships with clients with integrity and authenticity
- Ability to liaise and work with cross functional teams
- Strong advisory mindset with the ability to both sell and deliver solutions
- An understanding of Abu Dhabi marketplace and large clients and accounts (ADNOC, ADQ, TAQA etc.)
- Strong teaming skills with an ability to develop into Manager to lead teams, delegate appropriately, mentor, review performance and counsel employees
- Fluent written and verbal English communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
- Ability and comfort level in researching client inquires and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies
- Flexibility and willingness to travel on short notice, as necessary
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (oral and written) is a plus but not mandatory
