Your Key Responsibilities

• User Research: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Design Strategy: Develop user experience strategies that align with business objectives and user expectations.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with technical constraints.
• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on designs accordingly.
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.

To qualify for the role, you must have

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field
• 4 6 years of UX/UI design experience, with exposure to enterprise or public-facing digital solutions
• Certification in UX is a plus
• Experience in agile delivery environments

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools
• Ability to conduct and apply user research and usability testing
• Strong command of interaction design, visual hierarchy, and accessibility standards.
• Experience working with design systems and component libraries
• Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML/CSS/JS is a bonus)

Domain/Industry Advantage:

• Experience designing solutions for financial services, government platforms, or energy dashboards
• Awareness of user diversity in public sector applications

Soft Skills:

• Strong user empathy and a user-first mindset
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach
• Clear and persuasive communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to iterate quickly and accept feedback constructively
