Desired Candidate Profile

Job Description:

Candidate should be able to:

  • Conduct business, equity and intangibles’ valuations using appropriate methodologies (DCF, market approach, etc.).
  • 5+ years of experience in valuation advisory with advisory firm.
  • Prepare detailed valuation reports and presentations.
  • Proficient in financial modelling using MS Excel.
  • Analyze financial statements, industry trends, and market data to support valuation conclusions.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and feedback.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and communicate findings effectively.
  • Proficiently use MS Office
  • Proficient in the use of platforms such as Capital IQ
  • Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills
