Senior Construction Manager

You'll be responsible for:

• Supporting the construction lead in translating the client vision into a clear, deliverable onsite plan.
• Guiding and coordinating the wider delivery team, ensuring alignment with programme, cost, quality, and sustainability goals.
• Providing technical expertise and leadership to delivery teams, promoting health and safety rules and regulations
• Ensuring project operations meet budgetary, ethical, and compliance standards across all phases.
• Contributing to long-term strategy development for the business unit, supporting sustainable growth.
• Building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders to influence project outcomes and maintain trust.
• Fostering a collaborative, inclusive team culture that prioritises well-being and knowledge sharing.
• Being a champion of safety and compliance, applying local HSE regulations and Mace s HSW framework throughout delivery.

You'll need to have:

• Professional membership (e.g. MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, MICE) or equivalent demonstrable development.
• Strong construction management experience with a track record of delivering consultancy-led projects with particular strength in the final stages of a construction project.
• Proven ability to lead project components within large, multidisciplinary teams and build stakeholder relationships.
• Awareness of sustainability and carbon impacts on construction delivery, with developing commercial and financial acumen.
