Senior Construction Manager - High-Rise Buildings Arabian Construction Company - WLL

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly accomplished and technically proficient Senior Construction Manager to lead the construction of the Al Inma Bank High-Rise Tower (G+50+) in Jeddah. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of delivering super-tall structures and mega high-rise projects across the GCC region.

This role requires hands-on technical expertise, strategic execution, and strong leadership to ensure the successful delivery of this iconic project within defined time, budget, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & Execution

• Lead and manage all phases of the Al Inma Bank Tower (G+50+) project, from mobilization through commissioning and handover.
• Develop and implement detailed construction methodologies, sequencing, and logistics plans for vertical construction.
• Ensure strict adherence to structural stability, MEP integration, façade engineering, and vertical transportation systems (elevators, escalators, BMU, etc.).
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, PMC, subcontractors, suppliers, and client representatives to meet project milestones.
• Implement advanced construction technologies such as jumpform, slipform, and climbing formwork systems for the high-rise core.

Technical Expertise

• Review, validate, and approve structural drawings, reinforcement schedules, high-strength concrete mix designs, and post-tensioning works.
• Oversee execution of deep foundations, raft foundation, podium levels, superstructure, and high-strength vertical elements.
• Manage structural safety audits, tower crane installation/dismantling, heavy lifting operations, and site logistics management.
• Ensure seamless execution of curtain wall systems, façade cladding, waterproofing, fireproofing, and finishing works.
• Monitor compliance with Saudi Building Code, Jeddah Municipality requirements, and international standards (ACI, ASTM, BS, FIDIC, etc.).

Commercial & Contractual Management

• Work closely with the Contracts and Commercial teams to ensure budgetary control, contract compliance, variation/claim management, and value engineering.
• Support the project team in cost optimization and procurement strategies.
• Represent the project in progress review meetings with the Client (Al Inma Bank), PMC, and Consultants.

Health, Safety & Quality Assurance

• Enforce a strong QHSE culture in compliance with Saudi regulations and international best practices.
• Lead safety audits, risk assessments, and method statement validations for high-rise works.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, OSHA, and Saudi QHSE standards, maintaining a zero-incident project environment.
