Senior Construction Manager - Civil Construction Abdulla Al Arif Holding LLC

Manage the construction site on a day-to-day basis, including supervising the labour force, monitoring sub-contractors, checking materials, inspecting work, and overseeing quality control

Plan and coordinate a project from start to finish, including organizing the schedule of work, costings, and budget

Promote and maintain health and safety, including site inspections to ensure safety rules are being followed

Communicate with any consultants, negotiate with sub-subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and others involved in the project and deal with any unexpected problems that may occur during the project

Plan the work and oversee the buying of necessary materials and equipment

Monitor all civil engineering aspects and installations of the project to ensure compliance with approved and proper standards

Prepare regular reports of construction activities and directly report to the Project Manager while participating in regular project progress meetings

Liaise with the Project Manager and site engineers to provide support/guidance as required

Assign responsibilities and job descriptions to the site engineers and manage the assigned staff to the project
