Your main missions will be:

-Define the need for resources and materials, prepare budgets, establish implementation schedules according to input data
- Supervise the progress of construction sites, carry out budget monitoring, control the allocation of resources and the supply of
materials-Coordinate the intervention of the various stakeholders (subcontractors, quality, HSE) and ensure the relationship with the project owners / project
managers- Supervise and coordinate the various team managers assigned to the sites or site preserves
- Manage and coordinate the entire contractual and administrative process relating to the sites
- Establish and supervise the deployment of QHSE Assurance plans, identify non-conformities and deviations, and define corrective actions
- Monitor the implementation of the different construction methods and identify optimization
-Monitor the rise in competence and the level of performance of its employees
