Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and supervise finishing stages from block work through handover, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with multiple subcontractors (e.g., masonry, painting, carpentry, MEP) and monitor daily progress to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Ensure all safety regulations and company protocols are strictly followed on-site.
  • Prepare regular project reports and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
  • Manage resource allocation (labor, equipment, materials) to optimize cost and time.
  • Liaise directly with the Project Manager to resolve on-site challenges and coordinate schedules.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in construction engineering with a focus on high-end finishing.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing luxury finishing works for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
  • Strong knowledge of finishing materials, installation techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work full-time on-site and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
