Roles & Responsibilities
YOUR MISSION ____________Press & Media StrategyDevelop and execute a press and media strategy to ensure Dior remains the most talked-about beauty brand in the region.Secure top-tier editorial placements across print, digital, and social media, maintaining Dior s position as an industry leader.Build and nurture relationships with key journalists, editors, and media stakeholders to drive impactful storytelling.Manage the editorial budget to maximize visibility and impact.Celebrity & Brand AmbassadorsLead celebrity regional partnerships and oversee brand ambassador activations, ensuring strong visibility and alignment with Dior s luxury positioning.Manage relationships with agents, publicists, and key industry players to identify strategic talent opportunities.Work closely with global teams to localize and amplify international ambassador campaigns.Collaborate closely with Dior Couture counterparts to ensure brand image coherence and maximize visibility.Ensure Dior Beauty is highly visible at major red carpet moments in the Middle East, such as the Red Sea Film Festival, Joy Awards, and other high-profile regional events.Manage the ambassadors' budget, optimizing investments to maximize reach and engagement.Events & ExperiencesOversee the execution of high-impact events, from product launches to VIP experiences and fashion week activations.Drive the local Events executions, with the support of all the Communications team. Ensure Dior s events reflect the brand s exclusivity, and storytelling, generating earned media and social buzz.Collaborate with internal teams to align event strategies with broader objectives.Leadership & Cross-functional CollaborationLead and develop a Communications Executive, fostering growth and excellence within the team.Work closely with the extended Communications team, regional and global teams, aligning on best practices, brand positioning, and campaign execution.Monitor KPIs, ensuring all initiatives drive measurable impact on Dior s brand equity and desirability.TravelExpected to travel 6-8 times per year within the GCC region or internationally for events and press and VIPs engagements.ProfileCompetencies & Qualifications8+ years of experience in Communications and Celebrity PR within the luxury, beauty, or fashion industry.Strong relationships with press, influencers, and celebrity agents in the region.Proven experience in executing high-profile events and managing talent partnerships.Experience in budget management.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly strategic yet hands-on environment.Deep understanding of luxury brand storytelling and earned media strategies.Impeccable brand representation skills, embodying Dior in all professional interactions.Excellent communication skills in English; French or Arabic is a plus.
