Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The role is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and optimization of flyadeal s airline partnerships, particularly codeshare and interline agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional input (Revenue Management, Legal, Scheduling, PR, Customer Service, etc.) to support new and existing airline partnerships
- Support the review, drafting, and finalization of interline and codeshare agreements under supervision
- Liaise with external airline partners to exchange documentation and follow up on action items
- Track and monitor codeshare and interline KPIs; maintain performance dashboards and share regular insights
- Ensure internal processes and partner SOPs align with flyadeal s commercial and operational standards
- Maintain the contract repository and implementation tracker, support seasonal updates and bilateral coordination
- Assist in preparing business cases and approvals for new partnership opportunities
- Participate in implementation planning, onboarding calls, and UAT testing coordination
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in business, Aviation Management, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum +3 years experience in related role in airline or aviation industry experience, preferably in commercial functions.
- Basic understanding of codeshare, interline, and industry frameworks (MITA, SPA, IATA).
- Exposure to airline reservations systems and proration basics.
- High proficiency in Excel and basic data analytics.
