Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot containerized applications and services using OpenShift and Kubernetes.

Continuously monitor cluster health, performance, and capacity; implement optimization strategies as needed.

Collaborate with development teams to deploy, scale, and manage microservices-based applications.

Configure and maintain critical platform integrations such as NTP, LDAP, and storage solutions for persistent data.

Implement and maintain robust security practices, including vulnerability patching and access controls for OpenShift environments.

Automate operational tasks using scripting (e.g., Bash, Python) and infrastructure as code tools such as Ansible and Terraform.

Support backup, disaster recovery, and failover solutions for containerized workloads.

Perform regular upgrades and patching of OpenShift components and dependencies.

Troubleshoot issues related to networking, storage, and application performance in containerized environments.

Participate in capacity planning, performance tuning, and platform optimization initiatives.

Evaluate third-party tools and plugins to enhance cluster capabilities and improve operational efficiency.

Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation, including SOPs, best practices, and troubleshooting playbooks.

Stay updated with the latest developments in OpenShift, Kubernetes, and container orchestration technologies.
