Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Execute assessment and processing of non-motor claims (property, liability, and marine) by reviewing documentation, verifying coverage against policy terms, and applying company standards to ensure accurate, fair, and timely settlements.
  • Handle inquiries from policyholders and brokers by providing prompt, clear, and accurate responses in line with customer service protocols to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Apply delegated authority limits by approving claims within assigned scope and escalating complex or high-value cases to the Non-Motor Claims Manager to ensure proper decision-making and compliance.
  • Follow up on outstanding documents and reserves by using the company s claims management system and monitoring progress to achieve timely closure and settlement of claims in line with turnaround times and SLAs.
  • Promote best practices in claims assessment by managing salvage, subrogation, and legal case follow-ups to minimize errors, mitigate risks, and maximize recovery opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate and organized claim files by adhering to company procedures and using claims management systems to ensure transparency, audit readiness, and efficient access to records.

Job Qualifications: br>

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in the insurance field
  • Bachelor s degree in insurance, Business, Law, or a related field.
