Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and supervise construction of residential buildings and villas
Manage site execution, ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
Monitor project timelines, manpower, and materials
Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety standards, and municipality regulations
Review structural drawings, BOQs, and method statements
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
Ensure quality control and proper implementation of civil works
Prepare progress reports and support project planning
Oversee concrete works, formwork, reinforcement, and finishing activities
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Proven experience in G+1 to G+4 residential buildings and villas
Strong knowledge of structural works, RCC, formwork, and finishing
Well-versed in Ajman / UAE Municipality regulations and approvals
Ability to manage site execution, contractors, and labor teams
Skilled in reading and interpreting structural & architectural drawings
Experience with BOQs, quantity take-offs, and material planning
Strong problem-solving and on-site decision-making skills
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and basic project reporting
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Currently based in UAE with immediate or short-notice availability
