- Oversee the design and construction of civil and structural systems for industrial buildings
- Design concrete and steel structures in line with project specifications and engineering standards
- Support project managers to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to required quality levels
- Prepare, issue, and evaluate tender packages for civil and structural works
- Coordinate closely with architects, M and E teams, process engineers, and quantity surveyors
- Resolve site-related design and technical issues in collaboration with consultants and subcontractors
- Review shop drawings for precast and steel structures to ensure compliance and constructability
- Manage and secure timely approvals from local authorities for civil and structural submissions

- In-depth knowledge of local authority requirements and approval processes
