Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Requirements:
7 10 years of experience as a rotating equipment/pump mechanic (preferably in pump rental, oil & gas industries)
Strong knowledge of centrifugal pumps, diesel engines, gearboxes, compressors, mechanical seals, bearings, and alignment procedures
Hands-on experience with diagnostic tools and service procedures for leading engine brands
Ability to troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems associated with pumping equipment
Good English communication skills (Arabic an advantage)
Strong leadership skills to mentor junior staff and manage workshop activities
Flexible to travel between Dubai, UAE and Dammam, KSA as required
Excellent planning and scheduling skills
Independent, driven, and proactive personality
