Senior CAMO Manager

Zenon are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a very well-established VVIP Operator based in the Middle East for a Senior CAMO Manager on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Ensure that all aircraft modifications and repairs are complied with in accordance with the CAME and the local regulatory authority.
• Ensure any developed and revised AMP are in compliance with all applicable regulations taking in consideration the high level of reliability and cost optimization.
• Ensure timely compliance with all airworthiness and regulatory data such as Airworthiness Directives, Regulatory Requirements and any other mandatory data.
• Ensure that all maintenance tasks are accomplished by approved P-145 organizations.
• Efficiently manage subcontracted services to ensure these services are delivered on time, up to agreed standard and within allocated budget.
• Seek to improve Part M to Part 145 processes related to work orders, documentation and implement a paperless digital process to reduce waste and improve throughout of work instructions.
• Ensure that all CAMO functions are properly managed, controlled and fully in compliance with applicable requirements.
• Evaluate technical specifications of new or used aircraft and equipment for possible induction, defining layout and specifications to satisfy Company and Regulatory Requirements.
• Oversee and supervise employees direct daily activities, recruit, train, develop and discipline to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
• Establish the CAMO department or team's objectives and priorities to align with and support business objectives.

To be considered for this opportunity, you should meet the following minimum requirements:

• Hold a relevant College or University qualification to min of bachelor s level in an aircraft/aerospace related subject.
• Minimum Ten (10) years relevant experience.
• Executive Management job-related experience required.
• Excellent knowledge of aircraft systems, power plants and structures.
• Possess strong managerial, coaching, and communication skills.
• Conversant with MS Office, CAMP and TRAX.
