The Senior Business Development Executive is responsible for leading business development activities, expanding market presence, and driving profitable sales growth. The role involves engaging with existing and prospective clients, monitoring market trends, implementing competitive sales strategies, and supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives. The post holder will focus on identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, and maximizing revenue in alignment with Dhofar Global s mission, vision, and values.

Market Intelligence & Opportunity Identification:
Gather and report market intelligence regularly, including competitor activity, new products, and emerging opportunities.
Engage in continuous market surveillance to identify alternative products and potential risks.
Recommend innovative solutions to maximize sales and report market opportunities to management.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Establish contact with prospective clients and develop new markets.
Build strong, trusting relationships with clients by understanding their requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
Maintain and expand relationships with prestigious and large accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Provide product knowledge, technical support, and professional customer service follow-ups.

Sales Execution & Reporting:
Prepare annual contracts and individual action plans for client acquisition.
Provide timely, accurate, and competitive pricing aligned with management-approved strategies.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, proposals, and client interactions in Zoho CRM.
Submit regular reports on daily, weekly, and monthly activities, client visits, and proposals to the Sales Director.

Collaboration & Teamwork:
Liaise with fellow sales team members to share leads, opportunities, and market insights.
Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure proper documentation, timely activations, and credit management.
Exercise caution and report potential fraudulent customer activities to management.

Business Development Activities:
Attend trade exhibitions, events, and networking opportunities to promote the company and acquire new clients.
Develop pricing strategies in consultation with the Sales Director.
Ensure strict compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and credit control procedures.

Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably handling larger or prestigious accounts.
Business development, client acquisition, contract negotiation, and market expansion within FMCG, trading, or B2B sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong market and product knowledge with ability to analyze competitors.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho preferred) and MS Office.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results.
