Job Description

Beacon FinTrain is seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our existing corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and representing Beacon at various trade events and exhibitions. This role requires a proactive and customer-focused individual who can effectively meet and exceed financial targets.

Roles & Duties
  1. - Responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with existing corporate clients via frequent meetings, telephone calls, and emails.
  2. - Following up on the prospective activities of the corporate accounts.
  3. - Gathering market financial training needs and corporate information.
  4. - Representing Beacon at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
  5. - Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements in the financial field.
  6. - Committed to achieving the financial target.
  7. - Submit weekly accurate reports including (meetings, pipeline, and sales records).
Qualifications & Skills
  • - Bachelor s Degree from Reputable University preferred in Business Administration / Marketing or a similar field.
  • - Excellent command of English language in both spoken and written.
  • - Presentable with amazing presentation skills and can handle professional meetings solely.
  • - Advanced user of the MS Office suite.
  • - 5 to 7 years of experience in the corporate sales field preferred in the services provider's sector.
  • - Educational sector working experience is a plus.
  • - Financial literacy or background is a plus.
  • - Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • - Ability to work on multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • - Ability to build relationships with corporates and banking stakeholders.
  • - Flexible character that can deal with different cultures and find workarounds for any working issues.
