Job Overview:
As a Senior Business Developer at Inovola, you will focus on identifying and generating new business opportunities to fuel the company s growth. Your primary responsibility is lead generation, which involves researching potential clients, building relationships, and converting prospects into long-term partners. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify market trends and opportunities for Inovola s software solutions and services.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients within target industries.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through online research, networking, and other tools.
Outreach & Engagement:
- Develop and execute outreach campaigns.
- Initiate conversations with prospects to understand their business needs and introduce Inovola s offerings.
Client Qualification:
- Assess and qualify leads to ensure they align with Inovola s target client profile.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos between prospects and the sales team.
Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to refine lead generation strategies.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on goals and messaging.
- Share feedback from prospects to help tailor Inovola s services and solutions.
Reporting & Optimization:
- Maintain accurate records of lead activities and progress in the CRM system.
- Analyze lead generation data to improve processes and outcomes.
Required Skills:
Lead Generation Expertise:
- Proven experience in researching and building a pipeline of high-quality leads.
Excellent Communication:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with prospects.
Sales Acumen:
- Ability to identify and match client pain points with Inovola s solutions.
Research Skills:
- Proficiency in using online tools and platforms to identify and evaluate potential leads.
CRM Proficiency:
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage leads.
Team Collaboration:
- Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment with sales and marketing professionals.
Analytical Thinking:
- Ability to interpret data and trends to refine lead generation strategies.
Self-Motivation:
- A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous 5+ years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales in the tech or software industry is mandatory.
