Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.
- Facilitate effective communication between IT teams and business stakeholders through meetings and workshops.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to identify issues, recommend solutions, and outline prospective changes to business processes.
- Develop detailed business use cases and functional specifications to guide the development process.
- Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Design and implement new business processes to enhance productivity and quality.
- Assist in testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the software development sector.
- Proven experience with requirements gathering and analysis, as well as business process modeling.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Proficient in tools for documentation and project tracking (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) is a plus.
- Open to candidates from diverse backgrounds and countries.
