Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

· To obtain accurate data from internal and external sources.

· Analyze, prepare and submit statistics that provides business intelligence and insight information to support decision making.

· To monitor, measure and report on MIS & KPI across projects.

· To ensure all data gathering requirements are met accurately.

· Ensure error free MIS report.

· Monitor SLA performance through MI.

· Highlight areas of improvement.

· Analyze client’s metrics and provide direction to management on possible improvements to meet department goals and key performance indicators.

· Help and assist in Projects data requirements from internal and external stakeholders ·Preparation of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) & test case preparation

· Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration

· Help design, business requirement document and process flows

· Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to project team · Communicate key insights and findings to project team

· Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer

· Perform relevant follow up on MIS and project related activities

· Ability to write Functional Specifications is essential & Technical if required.

· Proven project documentation expertise is required

· Working knowledge and experience of banking operations and related problems

· Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks

· Written and verbal communication skills

· Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years of experience as a business analyst, with a significant portion of that time spent in a senior or lead role.
  • Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Professional certifications are highly valued. These include:
    Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from the IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis).
    PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) from the Project Management Institute.
