Role Overview

As a Senior Bike Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing bicycles in one of our fast paced workshops. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of bike repairs and services, with a final check resulting in a high level of customer satisfaction and minimal returns. This role requires excellent technical and a passion for cycling. The candidates are required to have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, hospitality mindset and the ability to work well in a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and complex repairs on a variety of bicycles.
Conduct final checks on all serviced and repaired bikes to ensure minimal customer returns.
Provide excellent customer service, answering queries and providing advice on bike maintenance and upgrades.
Keep up-to-date with the latest industry developments and techniques.

Requirements for the Role

Proven experience as a Bike Mechanic.
Excellent technical skills with a focus on quality and precision.
