Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

What will you do:

  • Analyze business requirements and transform them into actionable steps
  • Work with the team to develop, document and deliver Enterprise solutions
  • Transition developed BI systems to the Operations & Support team
  • Provide technical support as required to ensure the availability and performance of enterprise data and BI environments
  • Get trained and certified on different technologies to address existing/future market needs
  • Provide technical assistance and cross training to other team members
  • Provide training modules to customers on the company products
  • Must be able to perform duties with moderate supervision

What do we expect:

  • 3+ years experience in such technologies
  • Experience in Tableau or other BI Visualization tool
  • Use of SQL and RDBMS systems (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
  • Knowledge of logical and physical data modeling concepts
  • Experience in scripting and programming languages (Python, Bash, Java )
  • Use of an ETL tool and knowledge of basic ETL concepts (Alteryx, Talend, SSIS )
  • Knowledge of Big Data Concepts is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills (English & Arabic)
  • A self-driven who can work independently, pro-actively take action, drive toward clarity and think holistically
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, and assess and adjust quickly to changing priorities
