Responsibilities:

Prepare high-quality coffee beverages to specialty standards


Manage the coffee and sandwich section efficiently during peak hours


Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area


Assist in stock control and inventory management


Ensure proper handling of ingredients and supplies


Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service team


Maintain a high standard of customer service and hospitality


Qualifications:

7 10 years of experience as a barista, preferably in high-volume or specialty caf s


Solid experience in sandwich prep and service


Strong knowledge of coffee equipment and maintenance


Proven ability to manage inventory and stock levels


Attention to detail, reliability, and a passion for quality


Team player with strong communication and time management skills
