We are seeking a visionary Senior Associate Architect to lead prestigious architectural projects and drive design innovation. In this senior leadership position, you will oversee high-profile developments, manage multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the growth and reputation of the studio through exceptional design and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Manage multiple large-scale projects, ensuring design excellence, timely delivery, and budget adherence.
• Design Innovation: Develop creative architectural solutions that integrate client requirements, sustainability principles, and urban design.
• Team Management: Mentor and lead diverse teams of architects and designers, fostering collaboration and creativity.
• Client Engagement: Build strong client relationships, deliver impactful presentations, and ensure satisfaction throughout project lifecycles.
• Technical Oversight: Review technical drawings and documentation, ensuring compliance with local regulations and quality standards.
• Business Development: Support new project acquisition through design competitions, proposals, and client pitches.
• Sustainability Advocacy: Champion sustainable design practices and integrate them into all aspects of project delivery.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Education and Certification:
  
  • Professional degree in Architecture and licensure (ARB, AIA, or equivalent).
• Experience:
  
  • 12+ years in architecture, including leadership roles on large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects.
  • Previous experience in the Middle East preferred.
• Portfolio:
  
  • Strong design portfolio showcasing creativity, technical expertise, and attention to detail.
• Technical Proficiency:
  
  • Advanced knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Suite.
• Skills:
  
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational abilities.
  • Deep understanding of sustainable design practices and principles.
