Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all architectural technical office activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.

  • Review and validate architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals for accuracy and constructability.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including RFIs, technical reports, and correspondence with stakeholders.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, verify adherence to design intent, and address technical challenges.
  • Support value engineering initiatives by proposing alternative materials and construction methods to optimize project outcomes.
  • Ensure timely delivery of technical submissions and approvals in line with project schedules.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to review and approve architectural materials and suppliers.
  • Lead technical meetings and workshops to facilitate knowledge sharing and problem-solving.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, codes, and best practices relevant to architectural engineering.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural technical office roles within the construction or development field is a must .

  • Bachelor Degree in Architectural Engineering.
  • Proven expertise in reviewing and preparing architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design software.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with value engineering and alternative material proposals is an advantage.
  • Willingness to conduct site visits and work in an office-based arrangement.
