Senior Architect

Responsibilities:

• Review Received Design Drawings.
• Identify list of materials.
• Describe the different types of materials used in construction projects.
• Coordination of work
• Preparation of architectural and civil specifications.
• Review specification documents
• Compile specification documents (all trades).
• Prepare specification document for submission.
• Prepare bill of quantities and method of measurement(if needed)
• Review BOQ and compare against specifications.
• Support quantity take-off and prepare calculation sheets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture.
• 10 years of work experience as an architect
• Understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry
• Proficient in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
• In-depth understanding of AutoCAD and Revit software.
• Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills with the ability to build Quick rapport with all levels of employees, clients, consultants and vendors.
• Practical knowledge of general architectural practice including programming, Site planning, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineering
