Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee the design review process for various packages, ensuring adherence to established guidelines and standards.

Review and evaluate design proposals, architectural plans, and drawings to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, design principles, and company standards.

Identify potential issues in technical designs and suggest modifications if necessary.

Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with internal teams and external consultants to address design concerns, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with project objectives, budgets & timelines.

Conduct site visits and inspections: Visit project sites to assess and verify the implementation of approved designs, identify potential issues, and suggest modifications if necessary.

Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate records of design reviews, documentation, and correspondence. Prepare reports summarizing observations, recommendations, and follow-up actions.

Stay updated on industry trends and regulations: Continuously research and keep abreast of industry best practices, emerging design trends, and relevant regulations to ensure design reviews are conducted effectively ensuring alignment with safety standards & local planning regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in architectural engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in design review, architectural project management, or related roles is highly desirable.
  • Excellent technical drawing skills.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards
