Design Management & Coordination

• Lead the concept-to-completion design process for assigned projects, ensuring design intent aligns with the developer’s vision and market positioning.
• Manage external design consultants (architectural, interior, structural, MEP, landscape) and ensure design deliverables meet contractual scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Conduct design reviews and value-engineering exercises to balance quality, functionality, and cost.
• Coordinate with development, project management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure design supports overall business strategy and customer experience.

Architectural Oversight

• Ensure architectural design integrity and compliance with Dubai authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, RERA, etc.).
• Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and material submittals.
• Oversee integration of sustainable and energy-efficient design principles.
• Ensure design consistency across all developments under the brand’s portfolio.

Interior Design Leadership

• Develop and manage interior design concepts for common areas, show apartments, lobbies, and amenities.
• Supervise the FF&E strategy, material selection, and finishes in coordination with the marketing and branding teams.
• Collaborate with external interior consultants and fit-out contractors to ensure design quality and execution excellence.
• Oversee mock-ups, show units, and material boards for stakeholder approval.

Project Delivery & Technical Support

• Support tender and procurement processes by preparing design briefs, BOQs, and technical input.
• Review shop drawings and site progress to ensure adherence to approved design and specifications.
• Provide design direction and resolve on-site design issues during construction.

Client, Brand & Stakeholder Engagement

• Represent the design team in meetings with internal management, consultants, and authorities.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to ensure show units, renderings, and visual materials reflect brand identity.
• Maintain strong relationships with consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure high-quality outcomes.
