Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the design vision and architectural direction of complex projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, functional requirements, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams—including interior designers, engineers, and consultants—to transform project goals into actionable design strategies and detailed architectural specifications.
Conduct feasibility studies, site analyses, and risk assessments to guide informed design and planning decisions.
Utilize advanced presentation tools to develop compelling architectural concepts and effectively communicate design intent to clients and stakeholders.
Oversee the design process from concept through technical development, ensuring design integrity, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and designers, fostering creativity, innovation, and technical excellence within the team.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
10+ years of progressive professional experience in architectural design, with significant exposure to large-scale and high-profile projects.
Demonstrated expertise in both concept design and technical detailing, with a portfolio showcasing innovative, high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.
Strong leadership skills with proven ability to direct and inspire design teams while effectively managing project deliverables.
Proficiency in architectural design software.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills with the ability to articulate design intent clearly.
