About the role
We are seeking a Senior AI Success Manager to lead the end-to-end execution, adoption, and value realization of Advanced Analytics (AA) and AI use cases. This senior role is based in Riyadh and requires 10+ years of experience, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to bridge business units, analytics teams, and governance bodies. The AI Success Manager will ensure AI initiatives move smoothly from ideation to production and into business-as-usual (BAU) operations, delivering measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the setup of AA & AI use case squads, ensuring identification and nomination of all required roles and coordination with different Business Units (BUs).
- Work with the Analytics Platform Administration Manager to set up infrastructure and secure access for use case squad members.
- Support AA & AI use case squads during the model development phase by identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with the Analytics Platform Administration Manager during operationalization to ensure smooth transfer of models into production environments.
- Collaborate with ABP and BUs to support change management and adoption of AI outputs into BAU processes.
- Conduct operational governance by tracking, recording, and reporting progress across development stages, milestones, and value realization for all AI use cases.
- Support the COI, BU, and Finance teams in defining and implementing impact tracking and value measurement methodologies for AI initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10+ years of professional experience, with senior-level exposure to AI, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of machine learning models and the AA & AI use case lifecycle.
- Familiarity with key AI development stages including data engineering, feature engineering, model building, testing, and operationalization.
- Basic understanding of banking finance, revenue models, and business value drivers.
- Working knowledge of Python, R, and platforms such as DataRobot is a plus.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and coordinating multiple cross-functional teams.
- Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, execution-focused, and able to manage workload effectively to meet deadlines.
- Arabic-speaking capability is preferred; English proficiency is required.
