Roles & Responsibilities

  • Missions
  • Diagnose simple or complex faults on-site or remotely.
  • Supervise technical interventions and train laboratory technicians.
  • Ensure the technical link between customers, internal support, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with preventive maintenance schedules according to manufacturers' recommendations.
  •  Monitor quality indicators and propose corrective action plans.
  • Participate in the implementation of continuous improvement tools for after-sales service.
  • Write technical documentation (intervention reports, maintenance procedures).
  • Operate throughout the national territory and be able to travel abroad if necessary.
  • Recruit new customers and build loyalty to our products while ensuring commercial follow-up.
  • Profile
  • Engineering degree or TS in biomedical, electronics, electrical engineering or similar fields.
  • Minimum experience in after-sales service (3 years for the senior position, 1 year for the junior and application position) ideally in a medical analysis laboratory environment.
  • Mastery of diagnostic tools (hardware and software).
  • Mastery of the basics of medical biology.
  • Excellent communication and pedagogical skills.
  • Autonomy, rigor, sense of customer service.
  • Good level of professional French and English (written and oral).
