Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Support SHARP Middle East CED's BPA (Business Planning Analyst) Sales Administration team by managing daily tasks related to data management and data transferability. The position holder acts as a focal point from Sales Admin to Sales and PSI teams to supply and receive Sales Order information as well as factory orders. The position holder's efforts play a critical role in optimizing the sales operation process and is crucial to the continuity of the sales cycle. The position holder implements sales operation strategies and frameworks, analyzes sales operation data to align sales operations with business objectives and drive seamless execution. The position holder frequently fosters strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and potential business partners.
Strategic and Planning
· Implement the BPA (Business Planning Analyst) functional strategy in line with business vision, mission, and corporate objectives.
· Ensure that the overall business strategy is translated into annual BPA operational business plans and the performance is monitored to ensure business plans are in line with the overall strategy.
Policy, Procedures, Process and Systems
· Implement BPA functional policy, systems, processes, procedures, and controls covering all BPA functional areas in line with SHARP's policies to ensure fulfilment of all relevant procedural/legislative requirements while delivering quality and cost-effective service in a consistent manner.
Compliance
· Manage BPA compliance frameworks and programs within the BPA department, ensuring alignment with local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards.
· Establish reporting mechanisms to proactively monitor and report on risk and compliance issues within the BPA department and collaborate with senior leadership to escalate critical matters for timely resolution, while also offering recommendations for mitigation.
B. Core Responsibilities:
Purchase Inventory Planning
· Communicate closely with supplier to clarify and secure timely production versus SHARP Purchase Order
· Collaborate with Products and Sales Admin teams to implement operations strategies and plans.
· Assist in monitoring and updating the database system in a timely and accurate manner to ensure business continuity and data transparency.
· Communicate with suppliers and forwarding agents to secure timely shipments.
Process Optimization
· Streamline and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
· Implement sales automation tools and technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
· Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the sales pipeline and propose solutions.
Purchase and Inventory Analytics and Reporting
· Collect, and analyze orders and inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
· Generate regular reports and dashboards to provide visibility into performance.
· Ensure accurate and timely calculation and payment documentation of purchasing orders.
· Timely preparation of Purchase Orders and raising payment requests.
Financial Reporting and Analysis
· Develop and prepare initial analysis of statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
· Prepare and analyze order reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management or equivalent is required.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Sales Administration or a related field.
Skills Required:
· Strategic and analytical thinking.
· Experience in analyzing sales data and generating actionable insights to improve sales effectiveness.
· Knowledge of PSI analytics and reporting tools to analyze sales data and generate meaningful reports.
· Understanding of PSI processes and methodologies, including lead management, opportunity management, and sales forecasting.
· Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
· Effective communication and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for collaborating with stakeholders, managing teams, and driving change within the organization and within the BPA team
