Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Senior ADAS Software Validation Engineer to lead the validation of ADAS features by developing automated test solutions and executing tests in HIL environments, ensuring system reliability and compliance with automotive standards.


  • Collaborate with software developers, system engineers, and test tool experts to deliver robust ADAS Solutions
  • Design and implement validation test plans for ADAS features.
  • Develop and maintain automated test cases based on ADAS feature requirements and scenarios.Execute HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) tests to validate real-time ADAS functionalities in simulated environments
  • Automate test workflows, including execution, logging, and results analysis.Validate in-vehicle communication protocols (CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, Ethernet) used in ADAS systems.
  • Analyze test results, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Ensure validation activities comply with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and relevant automotive safety standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
  • 5+ years of experience in validation testing for embedded systems, with a focus on ADAS features.
  • Hands-on experience with HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) systems for real-time validation of automotive functionalities.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing automated test cases using tools such as ECU-Test, CANoe, Python, or CAPL.
  • Strong knowledge of in-vehicle communication protocols including CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, and Ethernet.
  • Solid understanding of automotive standards such as ASPICE, ISO 26262, and AUTOSAR.
  • Experience with scenario-based testing and sensor/actuator simulation in ADAS environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills to support efficient root cause analysis and issue resolution
