Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Bookkeeping:

• Maintain accurate and timely books of accounts (Zoho)
• Perform, record and reconcile all accounts payable, receivable, and bank transactions
• Manage expense claims and reimbursements
• Monthly closing of accounts and reconciliations

Financial Management & Reporting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Provide variance analysis and commentary for management
• Prepare and maintain budgets and forecasts
• Support financial planning and decision-making with timely insights

Taxation & Compliance:

• Support in compliance with KSA ZATCA, US tax filings
• Liaise with external tax advisors / auditors as required

Payroll & Benefits:

• Process payroll accurately
• Maintain employee records for accounting and audit purposes

Finance & Reporting:

• Support external audits (financial, compliance)
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for all finance processes
• Develop and continuously improve finance SOPs and internal controls
• Support ad hoc reporting and special projects
