Senior Accountant

Purpose of the Role

Establish financial status by developing and accounting systems for collecting, analyzing verifying, financial information

Experience in Years

10 - 15 Years in accounting, above 5 years as senior accountant in KSA with transferable Iqama. SAP (experience as must)

Areas of Expertise

Key Accountabilities

· Supervision of Finance function with dual reporting to corporate office and HOD.

· To carry out finalization of books of accounts on monthly and annual basis.

· Sending of MIS on monthly basis

· Preparation and Review of P&L and balance sheet on monthly basis along with reasons for variations if any.

· Preparation of Budgeting for subsequent year and send on monthly basis

· Preparation of Balance sheet & P&L for submission to Statutory auditors

· Preparation of Sensitivity analysis for new project with cash flow, ratios and P&L along with capex.

· Ensure 100% compliance with all the regulations in KSA.

· Strict implementation of internal controls in the organization

· Supervision of Admin and Warehouse related activities

· Well versed with Saudi VAT law

· Preparation & Filling of VAT return/Zakat Return/WHT return on quarterly basis.

· Liaise with Internal auditor to complete audit in agreed timelines.

· Liaise with Statutory auditor to complete statutory audit in agreed timelines.

· Liaise with Bank for bank facilities

· Preparation of Outlet wise & Chanel wise profitability on a monthly basis.

· Intercompany & GL reconciliation and proper escalation if the same has not been followed.

· Maintaining of Debtors & Creditor Accounts & carry out credit control activities.

· Review of agreement with suppliers, landlords and others.

· Processing of Payroll as per Saudi Rules.
