Job Title: Chief Accountant and Administrative Affairs Department: Financial and Administrative Management Location: [Saudi Arabia] Job Description: The Chief Accountant and Administrative Affairs is responsible for managing accounting and financial operations, supervising administrative and financial affairs, ensuring accuracy and compliance of financial records, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. Responsibilities: - Manage accounting and financial operations - Supervise the team of administrators and accountants - Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial records - Prepare periodic financial reports - Analyze financial data for administrative decision-making - Manage administrative affairs (recruitment, training, employee affairs) - Organize meetings and events - Ensure smooth administrative operations - Handle various administrative matters (correspondence, visitors, communications) - Supervise office and administrative work - Follow up on travel and residence procedures for employees - Manage files and administrative documents - Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations Requirements: - Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification - At least 7 years of experience in accounting and management - Strong analytical and leadership skills - Ability to work under pressure - Strong organizational and administrative skills - Ability to deal with employees and visitors Tasks: - Manage schedules and appointments - Organize files and archives - Handle mail and correspondence - Organize meetings and conferences - Follow up on recruitment and appointment procedures - Manage employee affairs (leaves, salaries, evaluation) - Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations - Analyze financial data for administrative decision-making - Prepare budgets and financial reports
